It’s a gift we give our families and communities, because we can’t pour it out for others if our own well is dry.Dinacharya (दिनचर्या) refers to ayurvedic daily routine recommendations that educate how to live a healthier, happier and longer life and avoid all diseases. For this prayer gathering we are joined by Robin Albright McKean-Power (formerly of mid-Atlantic Pagan Alliance and Woven Roots) & Terry Power for a discussion of Ayurveda, meditation, and pranayama or breathwork. As beings of Light, we are drawn to the Light. There is no light without dark. There is no dark without light. This is the law of Yin & Yang. This year Hands of Change will be exploring the polarity of Light, which can be seen as the idea of Perfect Love and Perfect Trust, in the energy that we all are beneath the skin, and in the cycle of the seasons as the days grow longer and then shorter again.
